Education Lead Quality Review

Connect lead capture to the outcomes admissions teams can actually verify: contactability, agreed qualification, appointments, and enrollment.

When to use it

Lead volume looks healthy, but the team cannot tell which inquiries are reachable, fit a program, progress to an appointment, or enroll.

What you need

Program facts and entry requirements, form and privacy notice, CRM stages and owners, a dated qualification definition, campaign IDs, and the current platform documentation.

Workflow

  1. Define submitted, contactable, valid, qualified, appointment, application, and enrolled as distinct stages with a source of truth.
  2. Review form clarity, field necessity, market/language fit, consent purpose, validation, and confirmation.
  3. Trace a controlled test record into the CRM; inspect identifiers, duplicates, routing, required fields, and failure handling.
  4. Document the business-owned response window, queue owner, opt-out/suppression, and escalation based on actual team capacity.
  5. Map each stage to measurement. Verify consent, data minimization, event meaning, and current platform requirements before any signal is shared back.
  6. Compare platform-reported leads with CRM-qualified and enrollment records using a declared period, denominator, and attribution limits.
  7. Choose one next test, retain a baseline, and define a review or stop condition.

Practical output

A form review, qualification rule, lead-stage map, CRM handoff checklist, measurement map, and decision memo listing evidence, gaps, owners, and the next test.
